Rankahead offers three plans designed for different stages of growth — from solo marketers exploring AI visibility for the first time, to agencies managing multiple client brands. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can view your current plan, trial status, and manage your subscription from Settings > Billing.

The Free plan does not include tracked prompts, which means you cannot measure AI visibility scores without upgrading. It is intended for exploring the platform and setting up your account.

The Free plan gives you access to the Rankahead interface so you can familiarise yourself with the platform before committing.What’s included:

Upgrade your plan

Open Settings > Billing

Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select Billing.

Select a plan

Review the plan options and click Upgrade under the plan you want.

Complete payment in Stripe

You are redirected to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Enter your payment details and confirm the purchase. Stripe handles all payment processing — Rankahead does not store your card information.

Confirm activation

After payment, you are returned to Rankahead. Your new plan limits take effect immediately. Any features that were previously locked become available without a page refresh.
If you are close to your domain or competitor limit on the Solopreneur plan, upgrade to Agency before you hit the cap. Rankahead blocks new additions once limits are reached, so upgrading proactively avoids disruption to your workflow.

Trials

If your organisation is in a trial period, the current trial status appears at the top of the Settings > Billing page and in your organisation details. Trials give you access to a paid plan’s features for a limited time before your payment method is charged. When a trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan if no payment method is on file. Add a payment method before the trial expires to maintain uninterrupted access to your plan features.
When a trial ends and your account downgrades to Free, prompt tracking pauses and features that exceed Free plan limits (such as additional domains) become read-only. No data is deleted — you regain full access immediately upon upgrading.

Manage your subscription

From Settings > Billing, you can:
  • View your current plan and billing cycle
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Access the Stripe customer portal to update your payment method, view past invoices, or cancel your subscription
All billing operations — including cancellation — go through the Stripe customer portal. Rankahead does not handle payment details directly.

Billing FAQ

Yes. Open the Stripe customer portal from Settings > Billing and cancel your subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to Free.
All your data is retained. Domains, prompts, competitors, and analytics history remain in your account. Features that exceed your new plan’s limits become read-only until you upgrade again.
Currently, all plans are billed monthly. Annual billing options may be added in the future.
Rankahead uses Stripe for all payment processing. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and are never transmitted to or stored by Rankahead.
Yes. Stripe automatically generates invoices for each billing cycle. Access them through the Stripe customer portal linked from Settings > Billing.
